Getting to the Heart of It: Power, Voltage, and Size
We built this quartz electric heater to do one thing exceptionally well: deliver intense, focused heat exactly where you need it. It runs on 400V, which is a big deal. That power means you can push serious wattage over a distance without the voltage dipping and performance suffering. And the size? It’s compact. Just 300mm long with a slim profile, so it slips into tight spots without forcing you to redesign your whole setup. We pack 2500W of output into that small frame. But with that kind of heat packed into a small space, you need to make sure the equipment around it can stay cool.
The Good Stuff: Halogen, Quartz, and a Simple Connection
Inside, a halogen element sits inside a quartz tube, throwing off shortwave infrared heat. The result? It gets hot fast—almost instantly—with almost no waiting around. Quartz handles the heat-up and cool-down cycles better than regular glass. It just takes the abuse, no sweat. We also added a special coating to keep the heat transfer steady and to shield the element from whatever the environment throws at it. Then there’s the R7s connector. It’s a straightforward two-pin setup that makes wiring quick and gives you a solid lock. So even if things get shaky, the lamp stays put.
Where It Shines: PET Blowing and Tough Industrial Jobs
This setup is a natural fit for PET blowing. You get that fast, focused heat right on the preform, without the mold area overheating. The mix of high power, shortwave heat, and a space-saving shape gives you temperature control you can count on and cycle times that stay consistent. And when it’s time for a replacement? It’s simple. Swap the tube, wire it back up, and you’re back to work. Just keep one thing in mind: you’ll get steady performance over long runs, but make sure your cooling setup is up to the task before you lock everything in.
